Do you carry out site visits?
Yes, we are happy to visit you on site. We can discuss designs and appropriate dimensions, show stone samples and take accurate measurements to prepare detailed quotations.
Can you deliver and fit my fireplace?
Yes, we offer a full fitting service undertaken by our own specialist team, most fireplaces can be fitted in one day.
We also offer a crated delivery service with detailed instructions, metal fixings and colour matched grout to be undertaken by your own builder who can contact us for additional advice as needed.
Can you remove or alter my existing fireplace?
Our fitting teams usually expect the removal of an existing fireplace or any alterations to openings to be carried out by your own builder prior to arrival on site. We are happy to supply detailed instructions for builders undertaking this work.
